Important notice: These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and g baje. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on g baje, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
01 Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to g baje. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the g baje online gaming platform, including all games, payment services, promotions, and customer support features available at g-baje.vip and through the g baje mobile app.
By creating an account on g baje, you confirm that you have read these terms carefully and that you agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the g baje platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. G baje recommends that you review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
These terms apply to all players accessing g baje from Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction where g baje is available. If you are accessing g baje from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, you are not permitted to use the platform and must close your account immediately.
02 Eligibility
To register and play on g baje, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. G baje strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
- Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Jurisdiction: You must be accessing g baje from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your location.
- Not self-excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from g baje or any affiliated platform. Players who have set self-exclusion limits are not permitted to register new accounts to circumvent those limits.
- Not a g baje employee: Employees of g baje and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.
Age verification: G baje takes underage gambling seriously. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals, and request documentary proof of age. Accounts confirmed to belong to minors will be permanently closed and any deposits returned.
03 Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold one account on g baje. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held in duplicate accounts.
When registering on g baje, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure without refund.
- Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your g baje login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. G baje will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
- Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact g baje support immediately. You are responsible for all activity on your account until you report a security breach.
- KYC verification: G baje may require identity verification (Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Verification documents may include a national ID, passport, or utility bill. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
- Account currency: G baje accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, balances, and withdrawals are processed in BDT.
04 Deposits and Payments
G baje supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your g baje account balance instantly in most cases, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
- Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount on g baje is published on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. Check the current minimums before initiating a deposit.
- Deposit fees: G baje does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction fees. G baje is not responsible for fees charged by
third-party payment providers.
- Deposit limits: G baje may apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to accounts. Players may also set their own deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.
- Payment ownership: You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned to the source account.
- Failed deposits: If a deposit does not appear in your g baje balance within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt the same deposit again until the issue is resolved.
Anti-money laundering: G baje is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. All transactions are monitored. G baje reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into any account. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering will be suspended and reported to relevant authorities.
05 Withdrawals
G baje processes withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required.
- Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is published on the withdrawal page. Requests below the minimum will not be processed.
- Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by g baje support. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect player funds.
- Verification requirement: G baje may require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not completed identity verification may experience delays. Complete your verification early to avoid any hold on your funds.
- Withdrawal fees: G baje does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Third-party payment provider fees may apply and are outside g baje's control.
- Pending bets: Withdrawals cannot be processed while bets are pending. Settle all open bets before submitting a withdrawal request.
- Bonus wagering: If your account balance includes bonus funds subject to wagering requirements, only the portion of your balance that has cleared wagering requirements is available for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
Your money, your timeline: G baje will never hold a legitimate withdrawal without documented reason. If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing time, contact support immediately with your withdrawal reference. We will investigate and provide a resolution timeline within 24 hours.
06 Bonuses and Promotions
G baje offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out here. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
- Wagering requirements: Most bonuses on g baje are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion details.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. G baje reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion. Players who have previously abused bonus terms may be excluded from future promotions.
- One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your g baje account at a time, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Expiry: Bonuses and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them will be removed from your account automatically.
- Bonus abuse: G baje monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.
- No cash alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash except as permitted by the applicable wagering requirements.
07 Gameplay Rules
All games available on g baje are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game. G baje is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
- Certified RNG: All games on g baje use a certified Random Number Generator. Game outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action, account history, or external factor.
- Bet confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the g baje system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. Check your bet details carefully before confirming.
- Technical errors: In the event of a technical error during gameplay — including server disconnections, game crashes, or display errors — g baje will investigate using server-side logs. The outcome recorded on g baje's servers is the authoritative record. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault on g baje's side, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
- Minimum and maximum bets: Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted.
- Game availability: G baje reserves the right to add, remove, or modify games in the library at any time without prior notice. Game availability may vary based on your location or account status.
08 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on g baje. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent identity documents, or any other deceptive means to fund or operate a g baje account.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing cards in poker, coordinating bets in live games, or using external communication during gameplay.

- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile payment provider for a deposit made to g baje without first contacting g baje support to resolve the issue. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
- Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors will be voided.
- Underage access: Attempting to access g baje while under the age of 18, or assisting a minor in accessing the platform.
09 Responsible Gaming

- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

- Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from g baje at any time. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. G baje will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.

11 Account Termination
Either you or g baje may close your account at any time. The process and consequences differ depending on who initiates the closure.
- Player-initiated closure: Contact g baje support to request account closure. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the absence of any pending investigations.
- G baje-initiated closure: G baje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice. In cases of confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct, g baje may forfeit the account balance. In all other cases, the remaining balance will be returned to the player.
- Inactive accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. G baje will notify you by email before applying any inactivity policy to your account balance. Check our FAQ for current inactivity terms.
12 Limitation of Liability
G baje provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and service quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.
- Service interruptions: G baje is not liable for losses resulting from planned or unplanned service interruptions, including maintenance windows, server outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.
- Internet connectivity: G baje is not responsible for losses resulting from your internet connection dropping during gameplay. Server-side records are the authoritative source for all game outcomes.
- Third-party services: G baje is not liable for the actions or failures of third-party payment providers, game developers, or other service providers integrated into the platform.
- Maximum liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, g baje's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gaming risk acknowledgement: Online gaming involves financial risk. You may lose some or all of the money you deposit on g baje. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. G baje is not responsible for financial losses resulting from normal gameplay outcomes.
13 Changes to Terms

The updated terms will take effect 7 days after notification, unless the change is required by law or relates to a security issue, in which case it may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of g baje after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date.
